Third-Party Services

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form from automated abuse. When you submit the form, Cloudflare may process limited diagnostic data such as your IP address, browser characteristics, and interaction timing to distinguish legitimate traffic from bots. This processing is subject to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Signed Form Submissions

To prevent tampering and replay attacks, each contact submission is cryptographically signed in your browser. The signature includes a timestamp and nonce which are validated server-side. These controls do not add any personal information; they exist solely to protect downstream systems.

Substack Newsletter

Our newsletter is powered by Substack. When you subscribe, your information is processed according to Substack’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can manage your subscription preferences directly through Substack.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website usage. This service collects anonymous data about your interactions with our site. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Client Relationships: Duration of engagement plus 7 years for business records
  • Newsletter Subscribers: Until you unsubscribe
